What only acrylic makes possible
A clear plaque isn't a frame: it's light you look through. Here are the five ways we use that — none of which a flat print can imitate.
Four looks to choose from — you pick one — plus a varnish finish that combines with it.
No photograph of a real piece here yet: one mood image, then five diagrams showing where the ink goes within the thickness of the plaque. Photographs of the real pieces are coming with our first test print.

Floating in the glass
The background disappears: your companion alone, suspended in the acrylic.
White ink is laid only behind them. A full-bleed plaque simply cannot do this.
Real depth
The setting is printed on the back, your companion on the front. Move your head: they truly stand out.
Two layers, 3 mm apart — a depth no flat image can fake.
Touchable relief
The fur gains real volume, on a plaque as smooth as glass.
Art you can touch — at last on acrylic.
Candlelight
Unlit, a gentle portrait. Put a candle behind it, and the colour blazes.
The candle is not included. Use an LED tea light placed behind the plaque — never an open flame against the acrylic or the wooden base.
Made for light to pass through, like stained glass.
Ghost varnish
A paw print in clear gloss alone: invisible head-on, revealed when the light catches it.
Add it to any effect.
Every effect is composed with you in the Studio, then approved on a proof before printing.
The plaque and its add-ons
Good to know
What size and how long?
Three plaque sizes, each on a wood base. Allow about two weeks, including the proof you approve.
Can I bring two pets together?
Yes. Upload a photo of each companion (1st and 2nd photo), tick “These are two different animals”: the AI composes a portrait of both, side by side — each faithful to their own photo. You approve the proof before printing.
How does the QR-code medallion work?
The memory page is online, reached through the QR code engraved on the medallion. We commit to hosting it for at least five years, and we will let you know well in advance if that ever changes.
What if I change my mind on the look?
You approve a proof before printing, with revisions until it's right. Nothing is printed without your go-ahead.
The product
Their photo becomes a luminous portrait inside the acrylic. Their paw print and name go with it, printed with care. Every plaque is checked with you by digital proof before it's printed, then shipped in a rigid box with a condolence card. In English or French, at your own pace — no phone call needed.
