The right photo, simply
No professional camera needed. The photo you already love is often the right one. Here's how to give yourself the best chance.
Go for
- ✓Natural light, from the front or the side
- ✓The pet at eye level
- ✓A sharp, fully visible head
- ✓A photo that already feels like them — the one you love
Avoid
- ✕Backlight (a window behind the pet)
- ✕Direct flash, which flattens the eyes
- ✕A very blurry or very dark image
- ✕Framing from too far (a tiny pet)
